I've just found out that Ollie has even involved in a serious mountain bike accident up in Nottingham. I don't have all the details, all I know is he's punctured a lung and had a bleed on the brain. We don't have any further information on injuries but he is awake and talking which is positive. He's just waiting for a bed to come available at the QEH to be transferred down.

Fingers crossed for a speedy recovery Ollie!

I'm home now, not in a hospital bed, but still in a lot of pain.

To be honest I can't remember any of it, I've replayed the video, and it just looks like I over-rotated on a jump slightly, hit the floor, and the resulting impact collapsed my lung, as you can hear from the rasping noise on the video.

Crap resolution, but I'm not uploading the whole thing to trim it down to that 40 seconds again.
